About
Our Studio
At BASI Pilates Studio - Winterthur, Pilates is about moving with greater awareness, precision and control. Our teaching is guided by the BASI Pilates method and a belief in thoughtful, purposeful movement.
We aim to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, supported and encouraged to develop their practice at their own pace. We value quality of movement, individual needs and a personal approach to teaching.
The BASI Pilates Method
BASI stands for Body Arts and Science International, a Pilates education organisation founded by Rael Isacowitz.
The BASI Pilates method combines the classical foundations of Pilates with contemporary movement science. It emphasises precision, control, balance and the thoughtful integration of movement.
As part of the international BASI community, we value high standards of Pilates education and a commitment to continuous learning.
This approach guides our teaching at BASI Pilates Winterthur, shaping the way we work with movement and support each client’s individual practice.
