Cécile Züst
Movement is an important part of Cécile's life. For several years, Cécile has spent most of her free time in the dance center where she trains in various dance styles.
She attended a dance pedagogy course to further develop her knowledge and passion.
During her dance training, Cécile repeatedly became acquainted with the influences of Pilates and later also practiced it as a complementary training to dance.
With her training as a Pilates instructor, Cécile is constantly expanding her knowledge and understanding of the body and movements. She is particularly fascinated by the mixture of flexibility, strength and coordination in Pilates exercises.
She appreciates the positive impact Pilates has on the body and is delighted that clients can share in this experience.
Cécile is in the process of completing her BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training Program certification. Cécile will be teaching at the studio until the end of May.

Anita Markos
Anita has had a deep connection to movement and fitness throughout her life. Dance played an important role in her earlier years, and her passion for staying active has continued ever since through activities like gym workouts and hiking.
In 2023, while looking for an effective but low-impact form of exercise, she discovered Pilates— a practice that quickly became her new passion. What she loves most about Pilates is its unique blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, which allows both the body and mind to feel balanced and energized.
In 2024, she began her BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training and is on track to become a fully certified mat and equipment Pilates instructor by the end of this year. With her background in movement and dedication to mindful, functional training, she brings a thoughtful and dynamic approach to her classes

Alina Lombardo
Alina is thrilled to introduce herself as a new Pilates instructor!
With many years of teaching experience at a school, she loves guiding and supporting others in their learning journey. Movement has always been a big part of her life—she spent many years practicing karate and ballet, which taught her strength, control, and grace. When she discovered Pilates, she immediately connected with how it brings all these elements together, creating a practice that is both powerful and mindful.
For her, Pilates is more than just a workout—it’s about feeling good in your body, building strength from the inside out, and finding balance in movement and in life. Her goal is to support and motivate others on their journey, helping them feel stronger, more connected, and confident in what their bodies can do.
She is currently completing her BASI Pilates training and is grateful for the opportunity to start teaching already. She can’t wait to meet everyone, move together, and share the joy of Pilates. See you on the mat!
