Vibratuning Sound Bath
Led by Christine Grimm
The session will begin with an introduction to the Sound Bath experience. Participants will then set an intention / wish for the session.
The Sound Bath is a therapeutic experience. Participants lay down comfortably and are then immersed in soothing sounds produced by instruments such as singing bowels, tuning forks and chimes. A breath visualization is also included.
The sounds and vibrations are believed to induce a deep state of relaxation, reduce stress and promote healing.
This event is limited to 10 participants and lasts for 1.5 hours. It will only take place with a minimum of 4 participants.
Available for special events, please email for details!
